Cocoon 3.0.6
New
Added Nintendo, PlayStation and Xbox controller icon styles, plus an input correction option for handhelds whose system button mapping does not match their printed A/B/X/Y controls
Improvements and fixes
Glass no longer changes text colour - but rather adjusts the tint of the glass surfaces based on readability
Fixed an issue where a display change could trigger Cocoon's external screen to reopen (PULSE changing refresh rate / screen resolution, app going into portrait mode, etc)
Discord Rich Presence now clears much more reliably when a game ends, Rich Presence is disabled or Cocoon is removed from Recent Apps NOTE:he No-Auth RPC for Android is new to Discord (last month) and it seems we're the first to actually use it (lmao). If for any reason Cocoon crashes, Discord crashes, the device turns off abruptly, etc - the client can no longer tear down the rich presence and for some reason they opted for a 20 minute internal timeout. I have raised my frustrations with the Staff Developer Advocate @ Discord and he has agreed that it needs to be improved and has passed the feedback on. Bare with us! 🙂
Custom theme selections no longer reset after restarting the device when theme storage is temporarily unavailable during startup
Returning to Cocoon on the external display after using another app no longer leaves subsequent app and game launches unresponsive
Smart folders continue showing their games when Android rebuilds Cocoon on one display while leaving the external display running
Pod launches, Add Games imports and game-switch tracking now finish safely if Android rebuilds the Cocoon display that started them
The dock selection highlight now stays aligned when closing the app drawer and swapping screens
