Chatty-art v0.4 release.

Windows portable zip is now attached for direct download.

Install:

  • Download chatty-art-windows-portable-v0.4.zip from this release.
  • Extract the zip to a normal folder.
  • Double-click Run Chatty Art.bat.
  • Drop local models and companion files into the models/ folder as needed.
