Windows portable zip is now attached for direct download.

Install:

• Download chatty-edu-windows-portable-v0.6.zip from this release.
• Extract the zip to a normal folder.
• Double-click Run Chatty Edu.bat.
• Drop approved GGUF models into the models/ folder when needed.
