Fixed

Preserve sidebar scroll position when comments require a refresh.
Avoid unnecessary sidebar rebuilds when reopening the note already shown.
Preserve draft replies and open edit forms during unchanged refreshes.

Verification

Typecheck and 65 tests passed.
Obsidian API compatibility lint passed.
Release package verified with main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css.
