grid_module.c references LCD draw symbols that knot doesn't need. Replace grid_lua_ui_init with a local knot_lua_ui_init that uses the new grid_common API but only handles the system element. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
