  • Optimized Compression Packages: We've introduced optimized versions of compress/flate and compress/gzip tailored for the Xeon platform to enhance performance.
  • Go Version Support: Full compatibility with Go versions 1.20 and above.
  • API Consistency: Our APIs mirror those of the standard library for a seamless development experience.
  • Quick Start Example: Included is a simple example demonstrating how to compress and decompress data using our flate package.
  • Deflate Support: We've focused on optimizing the Deflate compression format with acceleration for levels 1, 2, and Huffman-only coding.

Known Limitations

  • Custom dictionary support for compression and decompression is not yet implemented.
  • Acceleration is currently available for specific compression levels only.
