Changes from 26.02.0 to 26.08.0: * Added support for QAT Gen6 6xxx device, including Dictionary, Z-Standard, and KPT features, along with related sample codes. * Introduced the environment variable QAT_MAX_2M_HPG_PER_PROCESS to enable 2MB hugepages. * Introduced EPOLL coalesce timer support across all QATlib-supported devices. * Added sla_mgr script for device management related to rate-limiting feature. * Aligned with CPA API v5.09. * Bug Fixes.
