NIST CAVP Certification for QATlib
Changes in this release:
- Added support for QAT Gen6 devices. Supported key features: Dictionary compression, Z-Standard algorithm and KPT
- Introduced the environment variable QAT_MAX_2M_HPG_PER_PROCESS to enable 2MB hugepages
- Introduced EPOLL coalesce timer support across all QATlib-supported devices.
- Added sla_mgr script for device management related to rate-limiting feature
- Aligned with CPA API v5.09
