XDJ Mod Studio v0.9.1 (XDJ-700, firmware 1.15)

Installing to the deck failed straight away with "the mods freeze in the emulator – nothing installed". A safety check that only works on the developer's Mac was crashing, and the installer couldn't find its own steps inside the downloaded app. Both are fixed; the whole install has been run end to end from the downloaded app's own files.

Windows app (beta): unzip and run XDJ Mod Studio.exe; it opens as its own window and quits by itself after you close it. If SmartScreen warns: More info › Run anyway. Every build is checked automatically on a clean Windows machine (the app starts, its pages load, the emulator engine loads). Not tried by a person yet on Windows: running your firmware in the emulator and installing mods on a real deck over USB (both are proven on a Mac). The emulator has no sound on Windows yet. Please open an issue and say how it went.
Updates: Settings › Updates checks GitHub for a newer version, shows what's new and downloads it to your Downloads folder. An "Update available" button appears in the top bar when there is one.
Permanent (UPD) tab is tidied up and shows clearly what can be baked into a firmware file and what still installs over USB.
