Current version doesn't include `VersionChange` class

First of all: thanks for making parts of your platform OSS, that's great!

I'm coming from the article you published a while ago on your blog, Growing a platform: Introducing API versioning in Intercom. That describes the VersionChange class that's responsible for doing the actual transformation of requests up/down to a specific API version.
However, the current version of the gem that's published in this repo doesn't contain that class.

Are there any plans on releasing that part of the gem, too?
