Improvements

  • Optimistically update the remaining balance when a payment is made. Earlier, there was often a lag when the balance updated after a payment went through (#1432)

Bug Fixes

  • Either the global rate or per-site custom rate can be zero. Ensure no automatic payment is made as long as the effective rate is zero, and ensure payments go through once rate is increased. (#1438)
