v0.30.15 — hotfix: graceful fallback when interpose.ko isn't loaded

v0.30.14 introduced kfunc references in the sleepable BPF program
that broke the daemon on any host without interpose.ko installed
(every host until v0.30.17 ships DKMS). v0.30.15 expands the
spec-strip gate to ALSO drop sleepable programs when
/sys/module/interpose is absent. Daemon now starts cleanly with
synchronous-EPERM fallback and a clear Info line about how to
build the module.

v0.30.16 — round-trip body + attach (originally planned for .15)
v0.30.17 — DKMS .deb + signing (originally planned for .16)
v0.31.0 — magic moment (unchanged)

Drop-in update. After upgrade restart the service and the daemon
will start; sleepable round-trip stays inert until you build + insmod
interpose.ko (or wait for v0.30.17).
