v0.30.6 — bug fixes, guardrails, polish

  • gatedMutation now accepts canonical 'allow-once' policy (fixes
    silent failure on Trust/Distrust/Remove list-row clicks).
  • Modal refuses to Quarantine /usr/bin/sudo, /bin/sh, /usr/bin/systemctl
    etc. without typed confirmation — prevents bricked-box lockout.
  • dev-quarantine profile no longer ships /etc/sudoers, /etc/shadow,
    /etc/gshadow (POSIX 0600 already protects them; their kernel-hook
    protection was redundant + repeatedly bricked operator shells).
  • Tab persistence across reloads via localStorage.
  • 4-verdict modal: icons + subtitles, gradient-filled Always buttons,
    outlined Once buttons.
  • Profiles tab: Preview button shows a profile's contents BEFORE
    loading (uses new /admin/api/profile/preview endpoint).
