Modal worker evictions restart the input; completed prediction rows are now flushed to the volume every 100 paragraphs and skipped on relaunch instead of losing the whole run.

Worker eviction restarted a 3.5h scoring run from zero mid-flight. Rows now flush to the volume every 100 paragraphs and resume.
