What

Completes the website plan (P3 + P4; P1+P2 landed in #158).

P3 - the instrument section (/ml#instrument): the five measurement-discipline rules, each framed as the trap that created it - full-set-only (five subset-inflation instances, worst 3.2x), decode protocol as part of the number (beam-4 4.2x over greedy on the same artifact), label-provenance hashing, paired bootstrap CIs, checksummed index + the margins flip gate (head-fp32, 36x flip reduction at +0.4% size).

P4 - surface wiring: the neural demo's explicit asset-index pin moves v3 -> v5 (the same lag fixed in the four libraries; the API assets proxy verified serving v5 + sidecar), and the model select now links to /ml#leaderboard for tier numbers. api-docs needed no change (its examples are map-side; no stale model ids).

Verification

astro build clean; built /ml emits the section; every figure is ledger-sourced (RESULTS.md / EXPERIMENTS.md).

P3: /ml gains the measurement-discipline section - the five rules that exist because the naive version produced a wrong number we nearly shipped (full-set-only with the five subset-inflation instances; decode protocol as part of the number, beam-4 4.2x over greedy; label-provenance hashing; paired bootstrap CIs; checksummed index and the margins flip gate). P4: the neural demo moves its asset index pin from v3 to v5 (23-model catalog; proxy verified serving) and links its model select to the leaderboard for tier numbers.
