v2.18.5 (2026-09-07)

Fix: temporal integration test PurgeResult assertions

test_temporal_index_gaps_e2e.py compared engine.purge_raw_before(...) return value
directly against int — but the API returns PurgeResult(deleted, skipped) since v2.16.
Fixed three assertions and one raw classMethodValue call to use .deleted attribute
and .split(":")[0] respectively.
