@introweb introweb released this 18 Oct 07:58

• Faster defaults: speech is recognized with gpt-4o-mini-transcribe and cleaned up with gpt-5.4-mini. When Claude cleans up your text, new setups start with Claude Haiku.
• Auto cleanup now has three steps by length: short phrases are inserted as heard, normal ones go to your main model, and long recordings (30 seconds and up by default) go to a stronger model you pick in Settings → Models.
• Low effort now makes OpenAI models skip reasoning, so cleanup comes back sooner.

• Your dictionary now lives in your account: it is the same on all your Macs and can be edited on app.sayvelio.com. Your team’s dictionary is added on top.
• SayVelio learns from your corrections: fix a name or term after it is inserted, and it goes into your dictionary. Undo it from the pop-up, and a word you delete is never added again. You can turn this off in the Dictionary settings.

• Team settings sync on their own: at launch, every couple of minutes and after sleep. No need to press Refresh.
• When your team sets the models, the Models tab shows exactly which ones are in use.
• Team owners can let members choose their own models and cleanup.
• New installs clean up text with OpenAI, so one key is enough.
• The app is now in English by default. Pick English, Russian, German, Spanish or French in General → Interface language.
