Made whitelist.json file move in and out of saved-world folder as well.
Decided not to create a default-whitelist.json file though in case a server doesn't have whitelists enabled.

WorldSwapper Jar

Added an optional argument "save" that stores all worlds into the saved-worlds folder.
This is useful for ensuring that multiple instances of a Minecraft Server folder don't overwrite each other when syncing on GitHub.

Swaps world folder, server.properties file, and server-icon.png file.
Adds .keep files to newly created worlds in saved-worlds folder.
