App-Script error on a continuous basis... very frustrating.

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a new page
2. Run ionic serve
3. This error of app-script not being installed comes up continously

Did you solve this? I'm getting it too all of a sudden. I have uninstalled and reinstalled node modules, run npm install several times. This is frustrating.
