Fixed

Loading projects no longer leaves MSBuild threads behind - Update Ionide.ProjInfo to 0.75.3. With MSBuild 18, every design-time build left an in-process node thread behind that kept the evaluated projects in memory. Checkout the Ionide.ProjInfo release notes for more details.
