Provider and settings update — a keyless Books backend, live SerpAPI quota, and per-provider result counts.

What's new

  1. Open Library replaces Google Books for Books. Book covers now come from Open Library, which needs no API key — one less thing to set up. (The old Google Books key field is gone; any previously saved key is simply ignored.)
  2. Live SerpAPI usage in settings. The SerpAPI row shows your real remaining monthly calls — "Used X of Y this month · Z left" — fetched directly from SerpAPI's free account endpoint. Loads when you open settings, with a Refresh button. Does not consume your search quota.
  3. Per-provider "Default results". Each provider has its own default result-count box that overrides the global Max results. Changing the count in the modal's popover still wins for the current session.
