A small settings polish release on top of 1.1.0.
Changes
- Labeled provider inputs. Each provider row now shows an API key and Results label above its boxes, so it's clear which is which.
- Cleaner SerpAPI usage readout. The "remaining monthly calls" line now sits neatly under the inputs — right-aligned on desktop, full-width on its own row on mobile — and the refresh control is now a proper icon button (no stray box, correctly sized on phones).
- Default Max results is now 4 (was 6). Only affects new installs; existing values are kept.
- Removed "Request timeout" from settings. Requests still time out (10s internally); it's just no longer a user-facing option.
- Assorted CSS fixes: uniform width for the Type → Category selectors and several mobile layout tidy-ups.
