• Complete codebase refactor for readability and modularity.
• Split logic into helper functions and menus.
• All functions grouped by feature (maintenance, updates, info, misc, etc.).
• Improved menu navigation: all submenus/functions now return to main menu; only 'Exit' exits script.
• Added color outputs, better output separation, and user-friendly prompts.
• Maintenance section restructured:
  • All-in-one Maintenance now runs: clear logs, flush DNS, check disk, cleanup cache (in that order).
  • Helper functions no longer use 'clear' or 'print_title', so all steps show in order on one screen.
  • Fixed bug where maintenance steps would exit early.

  • Separated Homebrew, Cask apps, and App Store updates.
  • 'Update All' runs all three.
