Added self-update flow (auto-check on launch, manual menu item, restart after updating); defaults to latest GitHub release with branch fallback and env overrides.
Self-update targets the release script MSS_Mac_Service_Script.sh by default and will skip downgrades if your local version is newer.
New hosts adblock actions: back up /etc/hosts, apply/remove StevenBlack blocklist with markers; wired into Misc menu.
Added (stub) DNS-over-HTTPS toggles with user-facing notices.
Added report export option (system, network, process) to ~/Desktop/SystemReports.
UI/menu tweaks: dedicated maintenance submenu, cleanup menu simplified, update menu includes brew search/install and MSS self-update.
Safer cleanup: cache cleanup now shows size/count and asks for confirmation; log cleanup trims large logs to 1MB instead of deleting.
