- T-087: worktrees reuse the main checkout's build caches; closed tasks' worktrees are removed; teammates keep a fast loop (narrowest check first, the full suite at the finish).
- T-088: closing a task stops its teammate and removes its worktree and branch in one go; the status check keeps task files current.
- T-089 (#50):
sh scripts/test.shbuilds the rules copy and runs the tests, so a rule change needs no manual step; docs/instructions.md is rendered on demand.

- PR videos open for the right people (T-075): in a public repo anyone can watch a PR's video; in a private one, only members. Videos are uploaded with gh and also shown as a player, the way github.com does it. Before, a gh-attached video linked only behind its picture gave signed-out visitors a 404. Older PRs keep their old links.
- Bugs found along the way (T-076): a teammate fixes a small bug in its own area within its task. A bigger or other-area bug is asked as "New task" / "Skip".

One task at a time, once its video is in its PR (T-073)
The lead now asks you to approve one finished task at a time, and only once that task's before/after video is in its pull request. The question says in a few words what was implemented or fixed, and carries the PR link (and the draft release link, if there is one) both above the question and inside it.

better-tasks now passes the Anthropic plugin directory's checks.

- /config: the 10 settings with a list of choices are now text fields. The choices are in each description, an unknown value falls back to the default, and the board's settings page (
c) still cycles through them. - Teammate permissions: teammate agent types are registered in "default" permission mode. A lead in bypass, accept-edits or auto mode still passes its mode on; a lead in plan or dontAsk mode now gets teammates that ask.
