CLIO Kit v2.10.2

CLIO Kit 2.10.2 upgrades the Jarvis MCP server's execution results and pins the v3.7.1 user contract.

What's new

• Execution outputs are first-class artifacts. A completed pipeline execution now declares its output files (application logs, data products, per-frame renders) as typed artifacts with produced-by lineage, so a client can list what a run produced and fetch each item by id instead of guessing paths. (#252)
• frame artifact role. Per-frame visualization outputs (for example ParaView image sequences) are tagged with the new frame role — the only wire-visible change in the v3.7.1 contract.
• Jarvis user contract v3.7.1. The server pins and advertises the v3.7.1 contract digest; relays that verify contract identity should update their pinned digest before deploying this kit to a registered cluster.
• Duplicate execution-root resolution removed. Execution root discovery is now a single shared path, eliminating a class of mismatched-path lookups on results.
• Launcher cache pruning no longer blocks. Cache maintenance runs off the hot path (carried forward from 2.10.1's fix, hardened here).

Compatibility

• Wire-compatible with v3.7-aware relays; relays pinning an older contract digest will reject Jarvis registration until their pin advances to v3.7.1.
• No changes to tool names or call signatures.
