clio-relay 1.3.29
Fixes a Windows inherited-handle leak in connector and browser-proxy launch. Long-lived relay children now close unrelated inherited descriptors, so a captured short-lived CLI can return immediately instead of keeping an MCP tool call open indefinitely.
The release includes a real nested-process regression reproducing the captured CLI plus long-lived grandchild boundary. Focused Windows, release-identity, Ruff, and Pyright checks passed before publication. The exact released wheel will now be exercised through the failed Ares browser-attachment path.
