This patch fixes owned JARVIS run receipt validation. Successful admissions add a deterministic execution ID on the relay side; desktop clients now recognize exactly that server-owned normalization instead of reporting a valid submission as a different MCP call.

Receipt validation remains strict: changed pipelines, unbound JARVIS runs, and forged execution IDs are rejected. Focused behavioral, release-identity, formatting, and type checks passed before publication.
