clio-relay 1.3.34

This patch updates the production JARVIS path used by remote MCP execution and
the scientific demo. It pins the immutable clio-kit 2.5.14 and JARVIS-CD 1.3.17
release wheels by their observed SHA-256 digests. The JARVIS, Spack, and
scientific-catalog agent contracts are unchanged.

JARVIS-CD 1.3.17 preserves source dataset discovery while ParaView filters
advance the active pipeline, allowing VIGIL to apply a center slice without
silently changing the dataset bounds, timestep, camera, or runtime identity.

Focused release verification covered the public clio-kit wheel, embedded MCP
contract binding, exact JARVIS lock identity, bootstrap pins, Spack policy,
machine-readable release policy, and acceptance-matrix integrity. Relay cleanup
continues to preserve scheduler jobs by default.
