Coordinated ParaView runtime fix

clio-relay 1.4.2 advances the exact cluster runtime closure to JARVIS-CD 1.4.2 and clio-kit 2.5.20. JARVIS-CD 1.4.2 contains the generic ParaView 5.13 solid-color association fix discovered by the secure five-timestep Ares acceptance run. Relay verifies the public wheel URLs and SHA-256 digests before installation and records those identities in its validation evidence.

Release and cleanup checks

The release identity, executable acceptance policy, CI wheel staging, embedded JARVIS runner, and remote JARVIS, Spack, and scientific-catalog launch paths now agree on the coordinated artifacts. Stale test fixtures were updated to use the canonical owned remote-session paths and explicit teardown intent required by the production cleanup contract. Production containment checks were not weakened, and scheduler jobs remain preserved unless cancellation is explicitly requested.

Focused regression, dependency-pin, release-policy, Ruff, formatting, Pyright, and diff-hygiene checks pass locally. Full tag regression and trusted PyPI publication continue asynchronously after this GitHub release is published.
