This patch repairs remote JARVIS/MCP startup on clusters upgraded through the component-reconciliation path. The bootstrap now stages and verifies the exact released relay wheel inside the JARVIS execution environment, records that interpreter in the installation receipt, and rejects warm reuse or worker startup when its wheel, RECORD closure, source identity, or required imports do not match. Relay-only reconciliation never mutates an active retained environment.

Containment startup failures now produce an authenticated, bounded stage/code diagnostic without exposing child output, credentials, commands, paths, or environment values. The release also includes the actionable fixes found by the v1.4.21 asynchronous regression run: the gateway-resume acceptance inventory, safe lock-held rebuilding of known lease-index v1 state, and ownership-correct Linux migration fixtures.
