clio-relay 1.4.8

Production patch for long-running desktop-to-cluster visualization commands.

  • Keeps upstream connection establishment bounded at five seconds while allowing authenticated ParaView command requests up to 900 seconds to produce response headers.
  • Restores the existing 60-second response-body idle timeout after headers arrive and leaves ordinary read paths on the short bound.
  • Adds a deterministic regression covering both the delayed command success and bounded non-command failure.
  • Advances the release policy and acceptance-matrix identity to 1.4.8.

The focused gateway regression, touched-file Ruff and Pyright checks, exact source-tag build, and distribution metadata checks passed before publication. Live Ares validation is performed through this exact released wheel after publication; scheduler jobs remain preserve-by-default.
