v0.11.3-beta.10
This beta brings the workspace, model, native-service and connected-source changes
into one qualified frontend revision for CLIO's next product beta.
NDP datasets and endpoints
Browse publishers and resources, use private device sign-in and retain selected
data as Sources. Connect to an existing Endpoint over a URL or saved SSH profile,
review operations and capture bounded stream responses. Protected live Kafka
access still depends on the account and Endpoint authorization.
Interactive artifacts and diagrams
Generated HTML can use WebGL, while HTML/SVG viewers adapt to their content and
theme. Pele diagrams support readable docked layouts, standalone exports and
explicit links to workspace folders. Inline math renders in chat and documents.
Workspace access and attention
Edit folder paths directly, browse additional permitted folders and approve
requested external access. The attention pager retains answers while navigating;
required question bundles submit together. Large pastes can become attached Sources.
Models, native services and updates
Context limits are visible and filterable. The picker opens progressively, and
activity distinguishes waiting, reasoning and goal judging. Runtime limits can
be configured, native services include AMD options, and one product update keeps
Desktop and its runtime together.

for the complete changes and the integration review in
PR 648.
v0.11.3-beta.9
GACT v0.11.3-beta.9 shows progress while the Windows installer prepares the bundled execution runtime.
Fixed
- Runtime setup forwards each backend preparation stage to the installer details as it happens. Users can distinguish runtime unpacking, Python packages, Node packages and native tools instead of waiting behind one unchanged message.
- Failed preparation retains its saved report and displays the error without leaving a partial installation marked complete.
See the CHANGELOG for the complete change history.
v0.11.3-beta.8
GACT v0.11.3-beta.8 lets the Desktop update picker recognize beta hotfix releases such as CLIO v0.9.5-beta.5.1.
Fixed
- Python package versions such as
0.9.5b5.post1and Desktop versions such as0.9.5-5+1display as the same public hotfix version. - The beta update channel selects a published hotfix with updater manifests. Stable users continue to receive stable releases; drafts and incomplete releases remain excluded.
See the CHANGELOG for the complete change history.
v0.11.3-beta.7
This beta brings the integrated conversation, document and Settings improvements onto main. It also fixes the web container build and requires main-based tags and curated notes for future releases.
Conversation activity
Reasoning, progress updates and tool results stay in their recorded order, with compact rows that open the full details. Message footers show available usage, and provider or model changes mark where a new segment begins. (#547)
Documents and context
Word and PowerPoint outputs keep their PDF review previews attached to the editable document. File previews share download, open, information and fullscreen controls. Optional context and work panels use available space beside the conversation and dismiss when opened as narrow-window flyouts. (#544, #546, #547)
Settings and readability
New-session defaults use the conversation's provider and model picker. Settings controls share spacing and alignment, reasoning-effort saves finish when acknowledged, and larger-display sizing makes the interface easier to read. Composer contrast and transcript navigation are improved. (#545, #547, #548)
Fixed
- Web container builds now retain the Globus and Google Drive images imported by the production UI.
- Release preparation is integrated into main before tagging. Future release builds reject feature-branch tags and missing curated notes.
This release supersedes v0.11.3-beta.6, which was published before its develop-to-main integration was completed.

v0.11.3-beta.6
release: v0.11.3-beta.6 workspace refinements
v0.11.3-beta.5
UI 0.11.3-beta.5 accompanies CLIO 0.9.5-beta.3 and Marketplace 0.6.11.
This beta adds connected-source and provider sign-in controls, independent download/link permissions, infrastructure and provenance management, blueprint lifecycle review, attention evidence navigation, and editable document artifacts with saved PDF previews. Desktop document setup uses the paired Agent's Python 3.13 bundle.
The UI was merged through develop to main in #537 and #539, preserving the document UI from #538. Lint, type checking, browser e2e/accessibility/visual checks, native builds and the native WebView/Rust transport proof passed. All five published TUI binary checksums were independently verified.
This repository's assets are the TUI binaries and their checksums. CLIO Desktop installers and the web bundle are published by the paired CLIO Agent release. Fresh Delta GPU inference and OPAL demonstrations remain follow-up acceptance.
v0.11.3-beta.4
This release fixes production branding assets: SVG logos and wordmarks now keep the .svg extension, so CLIO Desktop and static web hosts load the supplied vector artwork correctly.
It includes the saved Settings → Desktop → App updates → Enable beta updates preference for CLIO-branded builds, with an instability warning. Stable installations receive stable releases; existing beta installations and users who opt in receive published betas unless they explicitly opt out. Drafts are excluded, and channel changes never install or downgrade software.
The branded installers are provided by CLIO Agent beta 2. Desktop beta 1 needs one manual Desktop upgrade to gain channel-aware updates.
Validation includes branding regressions, production build and type checking, browser/accessibility/visual checks, all 43 packaged widget examples, native Windows/Linux builds, and the real native WebView proof. The earlier public UI tags are unchanged.
Final macOS release-package startup verification remains in progress; CLIO Agent beta 2 is public while those checks continue.
v0.11.3-beta.3
This UI release adds Settings → Desktop → App updates → Enable beta updates for CLIO-branded builds, with an instability warning and a saved channel choice for Agent and Desktop checks. Stable installations remain on stable releases; existing beta installations retain beta updates unless explicitly opted out. Draft releases are excluded. Channel changes never install or downgrade software, and native signature checks remain enforced.
It also preserves typed input on unchanged legacy forms and fixes chart capture, corpus-render synchronization, and queue accessibility timing.
These changes, plus the later SVG branding fix from UI v0.11.3-beta.4, are available in CLIO Agent beta 2. Desktop beta 1 needs one manual Desktop upgrade to gain the channel-aware updater.
Final macOS release-package startup verification remains in progress; CLIO Agent beta 2 is public while those checks continue.
Validation: complete workspace CI passed, including unit/integration tests, browser/accessibility/visual checks, the 43-example corpus, Windows/Linux native builds, and the real native WebView proof. This is a new tag; the public v0.11.3-beta.2 tag is unchanged.
