This is an issue a bit more specific than #271 to tell you that, like last year, there will be a room at FOSDEM this year dedicated to Decentralized Internet and Privacy.
It would be totally awesome to have a talk on IPFS in here, so feel free to submit a proposal :). The deadline is November 26th.
