- "Stay Informed" heading and associated description text has been moved to the right of the footer, above the subscription form
- Added a new "Add your project" section to footer with a link to the new project airtable submission form

Made a small spacing adjustment for responsive and flipped the sections to make it more intuitive/conversion-oriented (prioritizing conversion of new project submission over IPFS newsletter signups, which are less relevant).
