First public release; successor to private review version 1.0. Actions the supplied minor review: closest full-e3 comparison, component-title correction, R3 indexing, directed-order audit and rejection control, degree table, reciprocal endpoint explanation and count examples. No replacement proof or principal claim change.
Five independent-role, producer-coordinated internal AI reports accept the frozen scientific submission; this is not unaffiliated review. DOI and public availability prose were added afterwards as production metadata. The affine theorem retains external R3; boundary theorem does not.
