Version 0.2.0-candidate

Unrefereed candidate proof and exact evidence package. Anonymous.

Successor to the private/local v0.1.1 review bundle. The mathematical
certificate and positive-control data remain unchanged. Review repairs replace
assert-dependent auxiliary checks with explicit failures, make replay
read-only by default and refuse receipt overwrites. The manuscript now discusses
the AIM eight-vertex outline, numbers parity-plus-one representability,
clarifies notation and screening identifiers, supplies full references and
separates certified lower bounds from practical modelling penalties.

The full supplied third-party AI review and its unavailable audit ZIP are not
redistributed. Producer-written response and provenance records are included.
Five coordinated publication roles are internal editorial review only; their
reports and decision are added as distinct frozen evidence objects.

No broader universality threshold, minimality, exact support classification,
independent reproduction, formal proof, historical priority or impact claim.
Future public identity metadata may be inserted without changing the proof or
certificate; the final archive/tag manifest identifies those exact bytes.
