v0.0.3 - Create "Minimal" version

Created a minimal version of the program which does not include anything that will completely break the game. It only allows you to:

• Unlock all prospects
• Restore dead characters
• Reset Talents and/or Blueprints

All other functionality can only be found in the "full" version.

Include basic startup error messages

This now counts as a barely-functioning release. Not all functionality is fully implemented, but the happy path of fully-implemented features works.
