Issue with 'tunnel_interface_name' and multiple tunnel types

So, OpenBSD has fixed interface 'names' depending on what you are using.

This is an issue for the two tunnel types we have.

Currently most can only do GRE but not Wireguard, I was just lucky with RouterOS 7 that the ifname did not have to match the actual underlying type.

With OpenBSD if I wanted to setup a wireguard interface the 'initial' module would use gre as that is the current tunnel_interface_name.

I was thinking maybe I could make a quirk or similar that takes tunnel_interface_name (if i set it now to just be tunnel{{ ifindex }}) that would transform it to either gre or wg depending on the tunnel type in use.

Or do we change what tunnel_interface_name is and be able to specify for the tunnel type what name it should be?

VyOS as well. If you fix that (thanks!) adding wireguard support to VyOS should be straightforward
