Notifications for HivePress 1.7.0

Changed: the Types and Text sections of the settings screen now show each group as a card — the same cards Account Menu Enhancer uses — with the group's icon, its name and a count, and the options inside. Click a card to open or close it; it remembers which you left open.

Fixed: the thirteen owner notifications that 1.6.0 moved into "For Site Owners" were switched off on any site that had ever saved the Types section, because their saved choice was left behind in the group they came from. Updating carries each one's choice across, so what you had on stays on.

Changed: the Types description no longer lists every notification that has no email behind it; it says so once.

Changed: the shared icon library is updated to the version that fixed two faults found in Account Menu Enhancer 3.4.0. Neither could happen on this extension's own screens; it is included so that every combination of extensions carries the corrected copy.
