DICOM Audit CLI v1.1.1

这个版本主要修复两件事：

  • PDF 引擎从 reportlab 切换为 fpdf2
  • 默认输出目录改为 output<时间戳>

具体变化：

  • PDF 不再使用宽表格主导布局，改为块状段落式报告，避免长内容超出表格渲染范围
  • Windows 中文字体自动从系统字体中探测加载
  • 默认输出目录采用纯时间戳命名，例如 output\20260419_140525
  • 同秒重复运行时会自动追加序号，避免目录冲突
  • 继续保持 batch 只按参数签名分组，不使用病例号、目录名、期相名

已完成验证：

  • Python CLI 运行通过
  • Windows exe 运行通过
  • PDF 成功生成
  • PDF 前 3 页已渲染成 PNG 做版式检查
  • 真实目录验证样本：D:\Datasets\MedML\dr_z\demo\ct
