[v4.0] The Industrial Update

Adds many minor graphical/rendering tweaks, but the most notable changes are:
• Adds Industrial Boats into the game. They travel much faster, and can also ride in lava without issues. It is however much harder to make then regular boats. Recipe is in the discord
• MASSIVELY boosts the blocks per second that a minecart travels. When powered, they can now travel up to about 35 blocks per second
• Adds wires into the game crafted from copper; finally giving copper a use. Wires are used as a part of the recipe for industrial boats
