주요 변경 사항

• 원격 모니터의 네트워크 사용률 유효성 값이 metrics API에서 누락되어 N/A로 표시되던 문제를 수정했습니다.
• 설치 스크립트를 install.sh로 통일하고 install-ctop.sh를 제거했습니다. 기본 설치는 최신 main 소스를 매번 새로 받아 빌드하며, --source release로 최신 릴리스 소스를 선택할 수 있습니다.
• curl, gcc, tar, awk가 없으면 OS 패키지 매니저로 설치합니다. GPU SDK와 개발 헤더는 별도 설치가 필요합니다.
• README에서 설치 방법을 직접 빌드 안내보다 먼저 배치했습니다.

• Fix remote network utilization showing N/A because the per-interface validity flag was omitted from the metrics API.
• Standardize on install.sh and remove install-ctop.sh. Installation now downloads and builds a fresh archive of the latest main source by default; use --source release to select the latest release source.
• Install missing base tools (curl, gcc, tar, awk) through the OS package manager. GPU SDKs and development headers remain manual prerequisites.
• Move installation instructions before manual build instructions in the README.
