• 修复重装 Claude Code 或移除 Agent 插件后，旧安装记录导致 OSC 标题无法兜底的问题。
• 修复打开或恢复 Claude 后台会话时误用 resume，改为 attach。

已经装好的版本不用管这张表，应用内检查更新会自动取到对应的包，
而且从这个版本起走增量更新，每次只下一两 MB。

安装 / Install

应用已签名但未公证。首次打开若提示「无法验证开发者」：
系统设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 拉到底部 → 「仍要打开」；
或在终端执行 xattr -cr /Applications/lightty.app 后正常打开。

The app is signed but not notarized. If Gatekeeper blocks the first
launch: System Settings → Privacy & Security → scroll down →
"Open Anyway", or run xattr -cr /Applications/lightty.app.
