Isaac Automator v4.6.5

This patch release fixes NVBug 6745033: Isaac Automator did not install uv on the deployed workstation.

Fixes

• uv is now installed alongside Isaac Lab (src/ansible/roles/isaaclab-source/tasks/install.yml). Isaac Lab 3.0+ manages its Python environments with uv and documents uv run as the way to run its scripts, but workstations deployed by Isaac Automator never received the uv binary, so any uv run command failed with command not found. The isaaclab-source Ansible role now installs uv system-wide (/usr/local/bin, via the official standalone installer) before the Isaac Lab install step. The task is idempotent, runs on every full deploy (including --from-image from older images), and bakes into newly built pre-built images.
• Existing workstations pick the fix up via ./repair <name> or a fresh deploy; ./start alone does not re-run this task.

Upgrade

No migration: deploys with the new version get uv automatically.
