Isaac Lab–Arena is an open-source framework extending Isaac Lab with for scalable benchmark authoring and robot policy evaluation in simulation.
V0.3 adds tools to scale policy evaluation beyond one-off success-rate scores into repeatable robustness gates, and analyze results deeper. Author composable benchmarks agentically with natural-language prompts, expand one environment into controlled variation sweeps, execute GPU-accelerated parallel evaluations on multi-node compute clusters, and analyze where policies fail and the contributing factors.

Ecosystem
We’re working with benchmark authors and model developers to build, run, and open-source benchmarks on Arena, including Lightwheel RoboFinals, RLWRLD DexBench, UC Berkeley, RoboTwin, RoboDojo, NVIDIA GEAR’s G1 Factory benchmark, X Square, Sharpa, and more.
These task suites extend beyond pick-and-place to contact-rich, dexterous, and deformable benchmarks for industry and academia. Arena’s modular foundation lets you reuse them as low-cost readiness gates or adapt their LEGO blocks (tasks, scenes, robots, and evaluation methods) for custom evaluations.

Isaac Lab-Arena is being developed as an open-source, shared evaluation framework that the community can collectively enhance and expand. We invite you to try Isaac Lab-Arena 0.3 Alpha, share feedback, and help shape its future. In the Alpha stage, development velocity is high and core features/APIs are evolving.
