Added
.dateWheelPickerSelectionBand(_:) draws the choice's band once behind the middle row of the DateWheelPickers
in a view; it stays put while the drum spins past it. The closure gets a DateWheelPickerSelectionConfiguration
(isEnabled). Unset, ThemeKit's own style draws its band and a custom style none, so a style that paints its
selected row keeps working as before.
Changed
DefaultDateWheelPickerStyle's soft primary surface is drawn as the selection band, no longer behind the
selected row, so it no longer slides with the rows during a spin.
