Insertion-free Sibson interpolation (27x speedup)

The insert-remove approach (insert query into mesh, compute weights, remove) is replaced with a read-only insertion-free algorithm: BFS cavity finding on the existing mesh + geometric stolen-volume computation from circumcenters. The mesh is never modified during queries, so a single shared mesh serves all OpenMP threads (no per-thread mesh copies needed).
