The most significant change in this release is an internal refactor, contributed by @kovacskristof and @balintpeceli in #336 to migrate lewis' internals to asyncio rather than the deprecated asyncore and asynchat libraries.

Downstream emulators are not expected to need to change, however there may be small timing or ordering differences in command responses compared to the previous implementation.
