Adds a Test BML connection button to the gateway settings (visible while Sandbox mode is on).

  • Sends a throwaway test transaction using the credentials currently entered (no save required, no payment taken)
  • Green success message with the test transaction id, or a red error with the specific reason (e.g. 401 Unauthorized → check your API key / environment)
  • Nonce + manage_woocommerce capability protected
